A PressOne Africa number is for business owners. You can subscribe to a plan if you are ready to commit to monthly, quarterly or annual subscriptions while building awareness around your phone number.
However, if getting a business phone number is just one of the boxes you wish to tick as a new business owner, we advise that you hold on till you are ready to start operations in order to not accrue subscription costs

Our phone numbers operate on a prepaid model. This means that they only function when there is an active subscription.
Before your subscription expires, you will get three different reminders from PressOne Africa via email and WhatsApp.
The first reminder will be sent one week before expiration, the second reminder will be sent 2 days to expiration, and the third reminder will be sent on the day of expiration.
No, PressOne is a monthly subscription service. This means you’ll need to renew your plan every month to continue enjoying access to your business number and all the features that help you manage customer calls professionally.
If payment is not made before expiration, your account enters a 3-day “Grace Period”. You will see a countdown banner on your dashboard that notifies you that your account will be cancelled in 3 days.
Yes, you can still make and receive calls within 3 days after your plan has expired. However, after the third day, your prepaid invoice will be cancelled, and you will no longer be able to make or receive calls with your number.
You can only reclaim your number within 30 days after the first 3-day grace period. At this point, you will have 3 options:
If you fail to renew your plan after 30 days, your number will be permanently deactivated, and you will no longer be able to reclaim it. At this point, access to your call logs and recordings will be lost.
