The Website Live Call Add-on feature links your PressOne business number to your website, letting visitors call you with just one click. It’s an easy way for customers to get quick answers, complete purchases, onboard smoothly, and resolve issues right away.

 

How does it work?

  1. Click Add-ons on the left sidebar.
  2. Find the Website Live Widget Add-on and click Subscribe.
  3. You’ll see the Overview and Customization tabs.
  4. Use the Overview tab to view call summaries, access a video guide, and refer to the user guide and FAQ on the right sidebar. You can also manage and disable the ‘Website Live Call Add-on’ here.
  5. Personalize the appearance of your call widget on the Customization tab.
  6. Click on Integration Code at the top right of the right sidebar and follow the provided steps to add the live call widget to your website.
  7. Once integrated, potential and existing customers can reach you directly through your website.

 

Use Case:

A potential customer is browsing your website and has a question about your product. Instead of filling out a form or sending an email, they click the “Call Us” button and are instantly connected with a sales representative who can answer their questions in real-time.
