The Voice OTP Add-on provides a secure and easy way to deliver OTPs to users via voice call. This ensures that customers can securely verify their identity without relying on text messages or emails, which can sometimes be delayed or compromised. The add-on integrates easily into your existing security processes and offers real-time tracking of OTP delivery and verification attempts.
How does it work?
- Navigate to the left sidebar on your PressOne dashboard and click on Add-ons.
- Locate the Voice OTP Add-on and click on Subscribe.
- Click on Complete Subscription to activate the Voice OTP feature.
- Once enabled, visit the Overview tab to view a video guide, usage details, and call records. The FAQ section is available on the right sidebar for any additional questions.
- For integration, check out the Integration Panel where you’ll find settings for Integration, Request URL, Request Payload, and Sample Code.
- To ensure everything is working correctly, click on Send a Test Voice OTP to conduct a test run.

A customer is attempting to log into their online account but requires additional identity verification. Instead of waiting for a text message or email, they receive an automated voice call with their OTP, allowing them to quickly and securely verify their identity and gain access to their account.
