How does this work?
Customers who call you after business hours are greeted with a customized message prompting them to leave a voice message. These messages are stored on your dashboard, where team members can listen to them and follow up as needed. To easily access your voice messages, go to your PressOne web app dashboard, and click the message icon at the top right corner of your screen.
