We made some improvements to the call recording feature on both PressOne web portal and PressOne QuickCall mobile app. These changes will make it easier for you and your team to share call records/details and call recordings for reference, add important notes, and manage everything with a smoother experience.

What are the benefits?
- Share Recordings Easily: You can now quickly share specific call recordings with your team or manager to keep everyone in sync. For example, if a customer calls to make a complaint, after the call— you can share the recording with your manager without having to explain everything from scratch.
- Share Call Records Effortlessly: You can also share call details with team members. This includes record details such as date, time, duration, call recording and notes. For example, if a customer calls to make an inquiry, you can easily share the call details—when the call happened, how long it lasted, and the recording— with a team member, so they can continue from where you stopped and follow up with the customer.
- Add Notes for Better Follow-ups or Coaching: While listening to a call, you can easily add notes so you don’t forget any important detail or next steps. Managers can also use this as a means to coach team members when they identify an area of improvement. For instance, a sales manager can add notes to a call where a team member missed an opportunity to upsell. The notes can be used to coach the team member and improve their approach.
- Find What You Need Fast: The updated call records page has better filters such as phone number, date range, call duration, team member and call type, helping you to quickly find the call records you’re looking for. Whether you’re looking for a customer’s record from two weeks ago or even last month, the updated filters make it easy to quickly find exactly what you need, without wasting time.
- Works on Both Web and Mobile: Whether you’re using the web platform in the office or on the go using the mobile app, you can share call recordings, make notes and easily filter call records any where you are. You could be present at the office or even be on a business trip and still be able to share recordings and add notes where necessary.
How does this work?
- Log into your PressOne account https://web.pressone.africa/sign-in
For Updated Filters:
- Click on Call Records on the left side bar. You can filter by phone number, date range, call duration, team member and call type
For Sharing Call Records:
- Click on any contact then click on Share call details on the right side bar. Copy the link and share the record details with anyone.
For Sharing Recording Links:
- Click on the three dots above the recording and select Call recording link.
To Add Call Notes:
- You can easily add call notes while listening to a recording.
