This add-on allows you to create and send voice messages that are automatically generated from text inputs. You can use this feature to send out consistent messages to large groups of customers. Whether you’re notifying them of a promotion, sharing business updates, or sending reminders, this tool ensures your communication is delivered promptly and efficiently.

 

How does it work?

  1. Click Add-ons on the left sidebar.
  2. Select the Text-to-Speech Add-on and click Subscribe.
  3. You can allow customers to call back the number.
  4. Check Text-to-Speech usage and records; FAQ is on the right sidebar.
  5. Find settings, Request URL, Payload, and Sample Code in the Integration Panel.
  6. Click Send a Test Call, enter the recipient number and message.

 

Use Case:

Instead of manually calling each customer when you have an important message to pass across, you can easily use the Text-to-Speech add-on to send out automatic voice messages. Simply type in the message, and it will be turned into a voice call that goes out to all your customers at once.
