What is different:

Call delivery wasn't reliable. Some calls didn't ring even when you were online because the old engine didn't keep connections awake. The new apps stay "awake" and ready.

Calls previously showed as "missed" even when you were available. Now, with internet connection, incoming call delivery is 100%.
