You talked. We listened.

Here’s what changed in PressOne.

Your Call Flow Is Now Simplified

Before, setting up how calls reached your team was technical. We have made it easy and straightforward.

The old setup wanted to discuss IVR architecture first when all you wanted was to set a greeting and route calls to your sales team.

Now, it is simple.

You decide who answers, what greetings play, what happens after work hours, and what happens if nobody picks up.

Your sales team gets sales calls.

Your support team gets support calls.

Find it under Call Routes in your side menu.

Why Listen Back to a 20-Minute Call When You Can Just Read It?

With your PressOne AI enabled, your recorded calls are automatically transcribed for you.

Read what happened in 2 minutes instead of replaying the whole 20-minute conversation.

And because it is AI powered, it goes further than transcription. It picks up specific things the team member who handled that call can improve on.

For Example:

  • You did not acknowledge the customer.
  • You should have recapped before ending the call.

The kind of feedback that actually makes a difference, delivered automatically. This is one of the ways PressOne uses AI to make your business Calls better and smarter.

To get started, go to your settings, enable AI, and set your AI budget.

You Can Now Leave Notes on Every Call Transcript

When a manager reads through a transcript and wants to flag something, they can leave a note directly on that call.

For Example:

  • Follow up on this.
  • Flag for escalation.
  • Very good call, use for training.

The rep sees it immediately, right where the conversation happened. No separate thread. No forwarded message.

PS: Your call history now has filters. View missed, incoming, and outgoing calls by day, week, or month.

Network Acting Up? Now You Can See It.

You already know when calls are dropping that the network is usually the issue.

What you did not have was a way to confirm it quickly inside PressOne. This is now displayed as an icon in your webapp, and a tab in your desktop and mobile app.

Click it to see how calls on the network provider powering your business number are performing in real time. You’ll see the status of your provider, whether it’s RCC, Vizeti, INQ, or One Network, alongside the Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) carrying those calls: MTN, Airtel, Glo, and T2.

You are always on top of it.

More Ways to Bring Your Team onto PressOne

Before, email invite was the only way in.

Now you can copy the invite link and share it directly on WhatsApp or wherever you interact with your team.

They click it, accept, and they are in.

Maximise Janet on PressOne. She Runs Your Errands While You Run Your Business.

We heard that her setup felt harder than it should be. So we simplified it.

Your admin dashboard (web app) now has a setup panel that walks you through it in minutes.

Janet knows which calls your team missed today.

She knows who your top agent is this week. She scores calls, surfaces coaching moments, and gives you a read on team performance without you sitting through recordings.

Ask her anything about your PressOne account, and she will tell you. How many calls were missed today? Who is your top agent this week? Janet already knows.
