This is the first of a new series of product updates from PressOne.
Starting today, you’ll receive two short updates every week sharing what we’ve fixed, what we’ve improved, and what’s coming next.
The goal is simple: give you a clear view of what’s changing inside the product as we continue improving how PressOne works for your business.
Here are some of the improvements shipped recently.
Calling & Routing
Improved
- Your IVR menu can now send calls directly to specific team members, making it easier for customers to reach the right person.
- Calls outside your business hours now follow the destination you set, so callers are routed correctly even when your team is offline.
- Changes you make to call routing now apply correctly when you publish them.
Phone Setup
Improved
• New team members now get simple 3-digit extensions (like 101 or 102), so teammates can quickly transfer calls to each other without dialing a full phone number.
Billing & Payments
Improved
• Your wallet balance now automatically pays invoices before falling back to card payments.
• You can now pay invoices directly from the billing page using a new Pay button.
Teams
Improved
• Team members now only see the teams and resources relevant to them, making the dashboard easier to navigate and reducing confusion in accounts with multiple teams.
• Team admins can now manage their own teams without needing visibility into other teams in the account.
Audio & Media
Improved
• Call greetings and voicemail messages now load faster and play more reliably when customers call your number.
• Audio files in the media library now display proper file names instead of raw links, making it easier to manage and select the right recordings.
