This is what moved last week.
Here is what changed inside PressOne and what it means for you.
Your Call History, Finally Exportable
You can now export your call history to CSV by clicking the Export button on the call history page. It pulls all your filtered records, not just what is on the current page. If you have ever needed to report on call activity or share data with your team, you can now do that cleanly.
Easier Ways to Reach Your Contacts
You can now call a contact directly from the Contacts page on desktop without going through call history or dialling manually.
In the mobile app, tapping a call in your history now shows you the call details first, such as caller info, duration, and status, instead of immediately starting a call. When you are ready to call back, the button is still one tap away.
Control Over Your AI
Janet is your shortcut to everything on PressOne. Instead of navigating menus, you can ask her things like “How many calls did we miss today?” or “Who are my top agents this week?” and she handles it instantly. She also powers your call transcripts, call insights, and team coaching scores.
You can now turn AI off from your dashboard. Keep in mind that your Janet, call analytics, transcripts, and coaching scores all run on it, so switching off will pause those too.

Getting Started Just Got Easier
You can now create additional accounts for team members. Janet also now watches your account and nudges you through any setup steps you have not completed yet, whether that is activating your number, verifying your identity, or making your first call.
Your Dashboard Now Tells You What Is Actually Happening
The Account Status card is now live. It shows your current subscription state and surfaces the right action directly, whether that is paying an invoice, reactivating, or renewing. You can also now access PressOne’s network status page directly from the dashboard.
Billing That Does Not Surprise You
VAT is now shown correctly at checkout so the amount you see is the amount you pay. When you reactivate or re-subscribe, your existing add-ons carry over automatically. If you buy additional seats mid-cycle, you will see exactly what you will be charged for the remaining days before confirming.
You can now reactivate a cancelled or expired subscription directly from your dashboard using your wallet balance or card.
Call Data You Can Actually Trust
Previously, managing multiple accounts meant your analytics could mix data across them. That is now fixed. The agent filter on the analytics page is also working correctly again, and today’s calls now appear in your charts in real time.
On the member detail page, what used to be placeholder data is now live. You can see real call stats, AI coaching scores broken down by empathy, clarity, listening, and resolution, and a live chart of each member’s call volume trend.
A Few More Fixes
- The Members page now loads correctly for accounts with over 100 team members.
- SIP registration issues affecting 160+ accounts have been automatically repaired.
