Here is what changed.
Phone System & Reliability
Activation no longer starts over if something goes wrong
If activation hits a temporary hiccup, it will now recover on its own. You will not need to start the process again from scratch.
Access stopped? Now you will know exactly why
If your subscription lapses, the app will show a clear explanation instead of failing without context. Call routing is also more stable overall.
Team Seats
Keeping Your Seat Count Accurate
Pending invites now count towards your user licence limit. Before this fix, you could send out invites, and those seats would still appear as available, making it easy to go over your limit without realising it. That is now accurate and up to date.
Billing & Pricing
You can now switch between monthly and yearly pricing directly on the pricing page. You can now compare plans and choose the one that works for your business. Your billing overview also shows your exact subscription amount, and a misleading warning that appeared on some active accounts has been removed.
A Note on Renewals
There is a 2-day grace period after your subscription expires. After that, service is disconnected until the subscription is renewed. Renewing before your expiry date keeps everything running without any interruption. We know how disruptive an unexpected outage can be.
Account Setup
Verification & Account Setup
Your verification status now syncs automatically when you load the page. The address verification form has been improved, and phone number entry now accepts more formats when you are creating an account.
Adding a New Account
You can now create additional accounts on PressOne. Janet will watch the new account and guide whoever is setting it up through any incomplete steps, whether that is activating a number, verifying identity, or making the first call.
Janet- Switching off āJanetā pauses more than just support.
Janet now handles call flow summary requests more reliably.
Worth knowing: turning Janet off also pauses your call transcripts, call insights, and team coaching scores. If your team depends on any of those, please keep Janet on.
